Take a literally one minute right now and remind yourself just how simple goal setting actually is. Just know what you want, when you want it and why you want it.
Pick anything in your life and apply this thought right now then notice how you can actually feel something stir within you. (Because at some level you know it is possible, as a matter of fact it always has been, you just lost sight of the what, when and the why!).

The question you should be asking yourself today is "What do you want your life to look like five years from today?".
Ask that simple question as many times as you can today and notice how much easier and more automatic it becomes to lose sight of the obstacles. Notice how much easier it becomes to make better decisions regarding what you eat. Notice how much easier it becomes to not take things personally. Notice how much easier it becomes to enjoy your day.
If you do not readily notice any of the above mentioned possibilities. Keep asking the question. And enjoy your day - it will be gone before you know it.
