Today's goal is five miles. On the treadmill due to the insane heat outside. Of course, after all the practice I had during the 100 marathon streak, I am blogging while running! Repetition is the mother of skill.
The i-phone makes it very easy to do. I almost always think clear while running too.
My feet are still a little tender after all those miles but the improvement is profound. I see no need to run further than five miles per day for the time being. It is a comfortable distance at a comfortable pace (my light and easy 12 minute mile).
Remember that today is all you ever have - make it count.
