Take a literally one minute right now and remind yourself just how simple goal setting actually is.  Just know what you want, when you want it and why you want it.  

Pick anything in your life and apply this thought right now then notice how you can actually feel something stir within you.  (Because at some level you know it
is possible, as a matter of fact it always has been, you just lost sight of the what, when and the why!).
