Set a big goal for yourself and believe that you can achieve it. The goal should never change, just the time line associated with it. Never let anyone shake your clarity on your abilty to achieve the goal. Never.
Here's a thought for you. If some how you knew that success at anything was guaranteed, stress would simply not exist. Try this on for size, accept the fact that you already achieved the income goal, the weight goal, the relationship goal and notice at that moment the absolute peace that you feel almost instantaneously!
Of course the other idea is that you continue to live in a mental state where none of your goals are already achieved. Let me know how that works for you!
Just remember, if you keep doing what you've been doing, you WILL keep getting what you've been getting.
I now live the American dream of working from home.
Most of my work takes place on the phone as I have found a company that offers a coffee that is the best I have ever had in my life. In short, I love this stuff. So much that it is what I do full time now. I am a coffee distributor. The best part is that I get to work from home. I already have customers in seven states in the U.S. and would love to expand internationally. It is only a matter of time anyway.
This evening as I was following up with some of my contacts via phone in the back yard a young robin came along and decided to hang out with me!
Life can't get much better than this. My kids are playing in the back yard and my office is at home.
If anyone who reads this would like a sample of this coffee, e-mail me and I will gladly send you a sample. As I was, you may be shocked at how good this is.

I challenge you to... Work today as if you were paid $100,000,000 for what you do... Eat today as if you were paid $100,000,000 to eat clean... If you actually do this, notice how you feel. Notice the clarity. You had it all along. You just had to channel it...
"...The difference between interest and commitment... When you're interested in doing something, you do it when circumstances permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results."
- Harvey Mackay
My challenge to you is to put that thought into context.
Every now and then I find something on Facebook that is truly powerful. Here is an example that has stuck with me for days and will stick with me for years to come. The thing to remember is that we never know when we will be hit with a thought or idea that has a radical impact on our lives.
1 - Happy
2 - Healthy
3 - Reasonably prosperous
4 - Secure
5 - Friends
6 - Peace of mind
7 - Good family relationships
8 - Hope
Remember... Awareness is the greatest agent of change.
These eight ways of defining success come from Zig Ziglar. My challenge for anyone reading this is to measure your success for as many days as you can using this list as your guideline.
I have subscribed to some great blogs from some great authors yet I feel that most of the updates are too long. Of course, this is just my own opinion, but I have felt this way for a long time. With that thought in mind, I am going to begin to do something very different. I am going to randomly publish blog updates that are extremely short. The purpose is to make a difference. No more, no less. It is my hope that whoever this blog reaches applies the thought to their own life. Context makes all the difference. After all life is what you make it. (Start with that one).
After all of the marathons that were completed in 2012 finally I can say that my feet are getting back to normal! Now that I am achieving more of a balanced life, I am planning on working on my books that are awaiting publishing. I am extremely excited about having these books published. My books have not made a massive difference yet, but, they have made a difference.
I hope that whoever is reading this is making a conscious decision to make every day count. I continue to remind myself every day that everyday above ground is a great day. It is amazing how a simple thought can shift our focus and as a result change our reality. So simple, yet so easy to forget.
