Because you can...

There is always a reason not to do something.  But remember, we only need one reason to do something.  What if our default reason that we chose to do something was because we get to?!
Works for me.  Every time.  Without fail!

I have finally learned to walk ten minutes, then run, walk, run, walk, run, walk etc...
Then cool down five to ten minutes at the end.
