Day 110 - 1 mile recovery run

Since completing the equivalent of 100 marathons in 100 days I have kept my daily run extremely short. As a result, I am noticing that my legs and feet are almost back to normal after just ten days!

If I could do it all again, the only thing that I would do differently is not work at the same time. If I could just run and have some type of corporate sponsorship, I think that would allow my body to recover adequately to go as long as I wanted to.

We really have no idea what we are actually capable of.
