Another great day for the treadmill - Extreme heat outside. After logging so many long runs, these short runs seem incredibly easy. The hardest thing for me now is stopping. I want to just keep going, but I also want to get my legs and more importantly my feet back to normal.
Since I have been making such a noticeable recovery, today I am allowing myself to run three miles! I know it sounds like nothing, but it is my longest run since Day 100.
Since I have freed up so much time I have been able to spend much more time with my children and it has been worth every minute of it.
